The Price Engineers Training (PET) Intro class is designed for engineers with less than 5 years of experience, or those looking to brush up on their air distribution knowledge, and will equip you with the tools and expertise to successfully design spaces. Over 5,000 engineers have completed this industry renowned program, hosted in the Price Technical Center East (PTCE) facility. Class sessions will cover the following topics:
- Room Air Distribution
- Thermal Comfort
- Fundamentals of VAV Systems
- HVAC Acoustics
- Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality
- GRD Manufacturing Factory Tour
Attendees will also have the opportunity to choose from a variety of elective sessions that focus the key technologies that they are most interested in learning about, such as Healthcare, Sustainable Solutions, or Acoustical Analysis. Sessions are taught throughout the Price Technical Center and demonstrate the real-life functionality of air distribution products through flow visualization and environmental simulations. Engineers that complete this program will leave with a superior understanding of air distribution theory and the application of new technologies.

Price Engineering Training (PET) Advanced: May 6-8
The 2025 Price Engineers Training (PET) Advanced class is designed for engineers who have at least five (5) years of relevant industry experience or have attended a PET Intro class. Over 5,000 engineers have completed this industry-renowned program, hosted at the Price Technical Center East (PTCE) facility.
Class sessions will build upon fundamentals learnt in PET Intro classes and will cover the following topics:
- Room Air Distribution with Flow Visualization
- Design of Healthcare and Critical Environments
- Designing for challenging thermal environments
- Acoustics and Noise Control
- Advanced design of VAV Systems
- Strategies and design of Sustainable Systems
- Software Tools for air distribution design
Attendees will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of elective sessions on the key technologies that they are most interested in learning about. Sessions are taught throughout the Price Technical Center and demonstrate the real-life functionality of air distribution products through flow visualization and environmental simulations. A factory tour is also included in the class curriculum. Engineers that complete this program will leave with a superior understanding of air distribution theory and the application of new technologies.

Women in Engineering (PET): Apr 8-11 - FULL

Learn about air distribution fundamentals and emerging HVAC trends in an all-female environment. Held prior to International Women In Engineering Day (June 23), this PET provides a unique opportunity to simultaneously strengthen HVAC system knowledge and professional networks. The group will participate in general, fundamental sessions and attendees will also have the opportunity to choose from a variety of focused sessions utilizing the Price Technical Center. This training program includes a tour of a Price factory, which provides attendees with the opportunity to see first-hand how products are manufactured.

Over 5,000 engineers have completed this industry renowned program, hosted in the Price Technical Center East (PTCE) facility.
Class sessions will cover the following topics:

- HVAC Acoustics
- Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality

Price Engineering Training (PET) Intro: July 30-31
The Price Engineers Training (PET) Virtual class is designed for Engineers with less than 5 years of experience, or those looking to brush up on their air distribution knowledge. Registrants will follow live interactive sessions online to grow in their knowledge of air distribution - without the need to leave home! Class sessions will explore the following HVAC topics:
- Room Air Distribution
- Thermal Comfort
- Fundamentals of VAV Systems
- HVAC Acoustics
- Sustainable Designs
- Healthcare Applications
This class will be comprised of nine (9) 1-hour sessions and one (1) review session spread over two days. The technical material will be similar to that presented at the in-person PET Intro classes. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with presenters during each live session. This class rewards a total of ten (10) Professional Development Hours (PDH's). Engineers that complete this program will leave with a superior understanding of air distribution theory and the application of new technologies.
