SUMMARY:Price Engineer Training Intro
DESCRIPTION:The Price Engineer Training (PET) Intro class is designed for Engineers with less than 5 years of experience\, or those looking to brush up on their air distribution knowledge\, and will equip you with the tools and expertise to successfully design spaces. Over 5\,000 engineers have completed this industry renowned program\, hosted in the Price Technical Center East (PTCE) facility. Class sessions will cover the following topics:  \n\nRoom Air Distribution\nThermal Comfort\nFundamentals of VAV Systems\nHVAC Acoustics\nVentilation and Indoor Air Quality\nGRD Manufacturing Factory Tour\n\nAttendees will also have the opportunity to choose from a variety of elective sessions that focus the key technologies that they are most interested in learning about\, such as Healthcare\, Sustainable Solutions\, or Acoustical Analysis. Sessions are taught throughout the Price Technical Center and demonstrate the real-life functionality of air distribution products through flow visualization and environmental simulations. Engineers that complete this program will leave with a superior understanding of air distribution theory and the application of new technologies. \nIf there are questions on whether this class is the right fit\, please reach out to your loca Area Manger or Price Representative. \nPET Intro costs $500 USD and runs Tuesday to Thursday at PTCW - Phoenix\, AZ. \n\n\nRegister Now\n\n\n\n\n\nHost\n\n\nRyan Johnson\, PEManager - Engineering Programs\, Innovation & Learning Ryan has a Master's of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois and 15 years of experience in HVAC research and applications. SUMMARY:New Hire Rep Training Session 3
DESCRIPTION:Please note\, submitting the registration form does not guarantee a spot. Details will be shared once your registration is reviewed and confirmed. An interview is required before acceptance\, and all in-person visits are mandatory. Interviews will take place at the end of May 2026. \nPrice New Hire Rep Training (NHRT) is a 3-month program combining three in-person training visits and ten virtual curricula on our Price Learning Portal (PLP) completed ahead of the relevant in-person visits. \nRep trainees will cover manufacturing\, applications\, systems\, theory and software (MASTS) topics and meet Price team members to understand the many design and product tools at their disposal. Graduates will not only gain a firm grasp on HVAC fundamentals\, Price products\, and system knowledge\, but will also have the ability to properly select and bid competitively on projects. \nRep trainee success is our top priority and we’ve found that combining engaging learning exercises with group activities is an effective approach. Besides product demos and presentations\, NHRT trainees will participate in a variety of interactive activities including games\, product sample installations and role-playing skits. Each product group will have a specification review component that includes a bidding assignment reviewed by Price. MS Teams video calls are scheduled with trainees to review their progress and provide opportunities to ask questions between in-person visits. \nAll 3 NHRT Sessions MUST be attended in person\n \nSession 1\nPrice Technical Center East (PTCE) Atlanta\, GA\nAugust 09\, 2026 - August 14\, 2026 \nSession 2\nPrice Technical Center North (PTCN) Winnipeg\, MB\, Canada\nSeptember 14\, 2026 - September 17\, 2026 \nSession 3\nPrice Technical Center West (PTCW) Phoenix\, AZ\nOctober 13\, 2026 - October 16\, 2026 \n\n\n\n\nSign In To Register Now\n\n\n\n\n\nHost\n\n\nAlex MichaudDirector of Innovation & Learning Alex has 19 years of HVAC experience working as a consultant before joining Price in 2012.
