FSD-AF-OW - 1.5 Hr / Class I & II / Airfoil Blade Damper

The FSD-AF-OW has been designed and tested to provide a complete range of performance features when used in engineered smoke control systems.

UL555 and ULC S112 listed and labelled as a 1.5 hour fire damper / UL555S and ULCS112.1 listed and labelled as a Leakage Class I / Class II Smoke Damper with airflow in both directions. UL and ULC listed for vertical and horizontal mounting.

Streamlined airfoil blades provide low pressure drop and reduced air turbulence for quiet operation.

Fusible link/actuator (DLT-1) provides an automatic override system to close and latch damper in the fire mode. Also available with automatic resettable/override release options (model STO/R or DTO/R to provide complete discretionary control of smoke functions during a fire/smoke emergency). Spring return type damper motor controlled by a smoke detector is recommended to provide proper operation in the smoke mode.

EFL (Electric Fusible Link) and PFV (Pneumatic Fusible Valve) options available to provide quick and economical ways to check damper operations and provide a Systematic Closure Control. The PFV option allows damper operation without requiring an E-P valve and electrical connection at the damper.
