Interviews will take place at the end of May 2026. \nPrice New Hire Rep Training (NHRT) is a 3-month program combining three in-person training visits and ten virtual curricula on our Price Learning Portal (PLP) completed ahead of the relevant in-person visits. \nRep trainees will cover manufacturing\, applications\, systems\, theory and software (MASTS) topics and meet Price team members to understand the many design and product tools at their disposal. Graduates will not only gain a firm grasp on HVAC fundamentals\, Price products\, and system knowledge\, but will also have the ability to properly select and bid competitively on projects. \nRep trainee success is our top priority and we’ve found that combining engaging learning exercises with group activities is an effective approach. Besides product demos and presentations\, NHRT trainees will participate in a variety of interactive activities including games\, product sample installations and role-playing skits. Each product group will have a specification review component that includes a bidding assignment reviewed by Price. Over 5\,00 engineers have completed this industry renowned program\, hosted at the Price Technical Center West (PTCW) facility. \nClass sessions will build upon fundamentals learnt in PET Intro classes and will cover the following topics:  \n\nRoom Air Distribution with Flow Visualization\nDesign of Healthcare and Critical Environments\nDesigning for challenging thermal environments\nAcoustics and Noise Control\nAdvanced design of VAV Systems\nStrategies and design of Sustainable Systems\nSoftware Tools for air distribution design\n\nAttendees will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of elective sessions on the key technologies that they are most interested in learning about. Sessions are taught throughout the Price Technical Center and demonstrate the real-life functionality of air distribution products through flow visualization and environmental simulations. A factory tour is also included in the class curriculum. DESCRIPTION:The Price Engineer Training (PET) Advanced Virtual class is designed for Engineers with at least 5 (5) years of relevant industry experience or have attended a PET Intro class. Registrants will follow live interactive sessions online to grow in their knowledge of air distribution - without the need to leave home! Class sessions will explore the following HVAC topics: \nClass sessions will build upon fundamentals learnt in PET Intro classes and will cover the following topics:  \n\nRoom Air Distribution for Large/Challenging Thermal Environments\nDesign of Healthcare and Critical Environments\nAcoustics and Noise Control\nAdvanced VAV System Design\nOptimization of Water Coils\nPerimeter Reheat Solutions\nStrategies and Design of Sustainable Systems\n\nThis class will be comprised of ten (10) 1-hour sessions spread over two days. The technical material will be similar to that presented at the in-person PET classes. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with presenters during each live session. This class rewards a total of eleven (11) Professional Development Hours (PDH's). Engineers that complete this program will leave with a superior understanding of air distribution theory and the application of new technologies. \nCLASS TIMES: Wednesday & Thursday online (December 2-3) from 9 am to 3:30 pm EDT with a one-hour lunch break from 12-1 pm EDT. \nCLASS FEE:  The Virtual PET costs $100 USD. Payments are due no later than Tuesday\, December 1\, 2026.
