Price Engineer Training Advanced

November 3 - November 5

The 2026 Price Engineer Training (PET) Advanced class is designed for Engineers who have at least five (5) years of relevant industry experience or have attended a PET Intro class. Over 5,00 engineers have completed this industry renowned program, hosted at the Price Technical Center West (PTCW) facility.

Class sessions will build upon fundamentals learnt in PET Intro classes and will cover the following topics:

  • Room Air Distribution with Flow Visualization
  • Design of Healthcare and Critical Environments
  • Designing for challenging thermal environments
  • Acoustics and Noise Control
  • Advanced design of VAV Systems
  • Strategies and design of Sustainable Systems
  • Software Tools for air distribution design

Attendees will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of elective sessions on the key technologies that they are most interested in learning about. Sessions are taught throughout the Price Technical Center and demonstrate the real-life functionality of air distribution products through flow visualization and environmental simulations. A factory tour is also included in the class curriculum. Engineers that complete this program will leave with a superior understanding of air distribution theory and the application of new technologies.
